A large and very comfortable living room with a welcoming and homely atmosphere provides seating with Sat TV and a very comfortable dining area with a door leading to the separate fully fitted kitchen which offers all the desired appliances for a self-catering stay. From the living room French doors open out onto a very sunny and pleasant balcony terrace with alfresco dining table and chairs where guests can enjoy wonderful private dinner parties and take in the sun. The sleeping accommodation features a spacious and bright master bedroom with Italian style double bed and comfortable and personal furnishings throughout. A lovely second bedroom with single bed also features and a sofa bed in the living room is ideal for accommodating any extra guests if needed. The bathroom is newly fitted and benefits from a ‘his and hers’ sink, bath tub and separate shower, as well as the other desired sanitary ware. Outside in the villa’s well maintained grounds guests can enjoy full use of the splendid exotic gardens which feature palm trees and Mediterranean flowers. A sunny and unheated 6 x 12m swimming pool (open between 1 Jun - 30 Sept), with terrace and residents BBQ area also provides an ideal way to relax, enjoy and take in the incredible views which feature Lake Lugano, the nature reserve around Lake Piano and the surrounding mountains, which are so popular for hiking. Guests are offered a parking space and can reach within minutes by car the wide choice of amenities on offer in the Lake Lugano town of Porlezza and can shop in the supermarkets there as well as enjoy the lakefront cafes and restaurants. Horse riding can also be enjoyed in Porlezza. Lake Piano offers a nature reserve to explore by bike or foot and picnic areas are provided, offering lovely spots to enjoy a relaxed picnic whilst taking in the peace and tranquillity of the lush mountains and natural lake. The beautiful Lake Como can be reached in just 17 minutes by car and offers many picturesque lakeside towns to explore such as Menaggio, which boasts a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes, Lido as well as a romantic promenade, piazzas and a car and passenger ferry service to Varenna and Bellagio. Villa Carlotta and Villa del Balbianello on Lake Como are also well worth a visit and are easily accessible by car. Just 30 minutes drive away on Lake Lugano guests can visit the cosmopolitan lakeside city of Lugano which features designer shopping and art districts, lakefront parks, cinema, casino, bars, clubs, restaurants and a wide choice of cultural events which run throughout the year. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). | There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender.
